The incident was discovered on 26 August 2026 and notified to the CNIL, the French data protection authority, on 28 August 2026 as a personal data breach. According to the association's initial findings, a third party used a compromised user account; no extraction or disclosure of data has been observed so far. Its privacy policy states that the platform processes, among other things, names, email addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth and postal addresses.
