The samples shown include names, postal addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and order and billing references. The actor mentions about 1,000 people, an unconfirmed estimate; a file tied to password resets appears among the exports, with no evidence that plaintext passwords are involved. The organisation has not confirmed the incident so far.

Full contact details combined with identity documents and purchase history would let a malicious party run targeted phishing or impersonate the customers.
