Eurofiber France detected a security incident on 14 October 2026 on an IT infrastructure hosting its Waza platform, and informed its partners by letter. An unauthorised third party may have accessed data held on that infrastructure, but the company does not confirm at this stage that any data was extracted and its analysis is ongoing. The data potentially affected includes first and last names, professional email addresses, bank account numbers (IBAN) in some cases, and some customer-related data.
