The announced archive is 209 MB and holds 63,036 rows. The published samples include phone numbers, report and user identifiers, telecom operator names, descriptions of suspected phone fraud, and handling comments and histories. The number of people affected is unknown, the technical origin of the database is not established, and Axialys has not confirmed the incident so far.
