SNEXI
ModerateConfirmedOther
SNEXI, a real-estate inspection and diagnostics company based in Tours and part of the Arche group, confirmed a cyberattack on 2 September 2026 that resulted in a personal data breach. Depending on the profile affected, exposed data may include name, email address, postal address and phone number; the company states it holds no financial or sensitive data. The breach was reported to the CNIL, and technical investigations are ongoing to determine how many people are affected and exactly which data was compromised. Anyone who used SNEXI for a property inspection or diagnostic report may be concerned.
The exposed contact details (name, email, phone, postal address) could be used to target affected individuals with phishing messages or calls impersonating SNEXI or a related property-management contact.

What you can do
- Expect phishing attempts quoting your name and this company. A message that knows your details is not legitimate for that reason.
- You can ask the organisation exactly what was exposed about you (right of access), and complain to the DPA if no answer comes within a month.
