Grand Delta Habitat

ModerateReportedOther

A threat actor claims to have stolen a database belonging to Grand Delta Habitat, an HLM social housing cooperative based in Avignon that manages over 42,000 social housing units, mainly in the Vaucluse area. The claim covers 188,014 maintenance and repair orders spanning May 2018 to September 7, 2026, linked to roughly 36,000 distinct individuals (tenants, occupants and staff). The described data includes names, postal addresses, phone numbers and email addresses tied to each housing unit and its intervention history. Grand Delta Habitat has not publicly confirmed the claim so far.

Combining a precise housing address, an occupant's direct contact details and their maintenance intervention history can be used to craft highly credible phishing messages or fraudulent calls.

Exposed data

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Postal address
  • Customer ID
  • Order history
  • Employment data

You are only affected if you had an account or an order with this organisation.

What you can do

  • Expect phishing attempts quoting your name and this company. A message that knows your details is not legitimate for that reason.
  • You can ask the organisation exactly what was exposed about you (right of access), and complain to the DPA if no answer comes within a month.
