On 14 September 2026, Nature & Découvertes notified some of its customers of unauthorized access to data hosted by one of its service providers. Names, postal addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, and order details (items, quantities, prices) may have been exposed. The retailer states that no banking data, payment information, or passwords were involved, that it has secured the affected systems, and that it reported the incident to the CNIL.
The combination of personal contact details and genuine order information could enable highly credible phishing messages impersonating the retailer.
