Fédération Nationale de la Pêche en France (CarteDePeche.fr)

HighReportedRetail

An individual using the alias "4me1" claimed on September 15, 2026, on a cybercriminal forum, to hold several files of member data from Carte-de-pêche.fr, the platform run by the Fédération Nationale de la Pêche en France for purchasing fishing licenses and joining approved fishing associations. The claimed files would cover memberships and orders from 2012 to 2026; a released sample shows names, first names, dates of birth, postal codes, cities, member numbers and order information. The exact number of people affected is not stated, with the actor referring only to several thousand members without a total count.

The combination of name, date of birth, city and fishing-license order details could let a third party craft convincing phishing messages impersonating Carte-de-pêche.fr or the FNPF.
