Wyoming Judicial Branch

HighConfirmedPublic sector

West Publishing Corporation, the Thomson Reuters unit behind the C-Track case management software used by the Wyoming Supreme Court and Wyoming district courts, detected unauthorized access to its systems in late June 2026. The exposed data comes from retired case management systems, covering cases handled between 2015 and 2025, and includes names, dates of birth and addresses; the Wyoming Judicial Branch states no Social Security numbers were exposed within its scope. The Judicial Branch's own IT systems were not affected, as the impacted data was stored separately at the vendor.

The exposed data (identity, date of birth, address) can be used for identity theft or for targeted phishing attempts referencing a real court case.
