Plurélya
CriticalReportedNonprofits
A person using the alias ChimeraZ claimed on September 25, 2026, on a cybercrime forum, to have exfiltrated a database from Plurélya, a French association managing welfare benefits for public-sector employees. The claim covers 965,575 records for 150,114 people, including 60,245 employees and 89,869 children, with names, contact details, dates of birth, identifiers, tax information, and partially masked IBAN/BIC for over 50,000 entries. These figures have not been confirmed by Plurélya to date.
The partial banking and identity data, combined with information about employees' children, expose those affected to targeted phishing and identity-theft attempts.

What you can do
- Expect phishing attempts quoting your name and this company. A message that knows your details is not legitimate for that reason.
- Watch your statements. On any unknown debit, block the card and request a refund — French law (art. L133-18) entitles you to it.
- You can ask the organisation exactly what was exposed about you (right of access), and complain to the DPA if no answer comes within a month.
