Agefiph
CriticalReportedEmployment and HR
Agefiph, a French organization supporting employment for people with disabilities, is the subject of a data leak claim published on 27 September 2026 on a cybercrime forum by a pseudonymous actor. The database, distributed for free, reportedly affects several thousand people and includes names, dates of birth, contact details (phone, email, sometimes postal address), and information on employment status and disability. Agefiph has not publicly confirmed the incident as of this writing.
The combination of identity, contact details and precise disability or employment information could enable highly targeted phishing campaigns impersonating Agefiph, France Travail, or other social organizations.

What you can do
- Expect phishing attempts quoting your name and this company. A message that knows your details is not legitimate for that reason.
- Health data is “special category” data under the GDPR: a leak opens a right to compensation, and the organisation must notify the DPA within 72 hours.
- You can ask the organisation exactly what was exposed about you (right of access), and complain to the DPA if no answer comes within a month.
