FitnessBoutique

HighReportedRetail

On 2 October 2026, a seller advertised on a cybercriminal forum a database said to come from FitnessBoutique, a French retailer of fitness equipment and sports nutrition. The seller claims 1,960,466 rows totalling about 3.5 GB. Samples reviewed by FrenchBreaches contain first and last names, phone numbers, cities, postal codes, customer numbers and unique identifiers. The listing also mentions email addresses, postal addresses, birth dates where provided, order information and loyalty-programme data. The row count does not necessarily equal the number of people affected: duplicates are possible, and some birth dates show a default value around 1900.

Identity and contact details combined with customer history would let a third party run targeted phishing or fraudulent solicitation campaigns impersonating the retailer.

Exposed data

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Postal address
  • Date of birth
  • Customer ID
  • Order history
  • Other personal data

You are only affected if you had an account or an order with this organisation.

What you can do

  • Expect phishing attempts quoting your name and this company. A message that knows your details is not legitimate for that reason.
  • You can ask the organisation exactly what was exposed about you (right of access), and complain to the DPA if no answer comes within a month.
