Predige
ModerateReportedRetail
On 4 October 2026, a user of a cybercriminal forum claimed to hold a copy of the online store database of Predige, a Swiss natural cosmetics brand sold in France through its subsidiary Predige SAS. The claim states 21,393 customer accounts, a figure attributed to earlier third-party reports and not confirmed by Predige. The published sample reportedly shows last names, first names, email addresses, dates of birth, account identifiers, account creation and modification dates, and hashed passwords. The author dates the compromise to August 2024, which no public source has confirmed: when and how the data was obtained remains unknown.
This information could allow a malicious third party to run targeted phishing, attempt identity impersonation, or try to take over accounts by cross-referencing other leaks.

You are only affected if you had an account or an order with this organisation.
What you can do
- Change that password — and everywhere you reused it. That is how a leak spreads to your other accounts.
- Turn on two-factor authentication on the affected accounts: a stolen password is then no longer enough.
- Expect phishing attempts quoting your name and this company. A message that knows your details is not legitimate for that reason.
- You can ask the organisation exactly what was exposed about you (right of access), and complain to the DPA if no answer comes within a month.
