France Travail
ModerateReportedEmployment and HR
On 7 October 2026, an actor announced on a cybercriminal forum the sale of a 62,848-row database presented as containing data on France Travail staff and professionals attached to its network. A 1,000-row sample examined by FrenchBreaches contains surnames, first names, titles, professional email addresses, landline and mobile phone numbers, job functions, regions, assignment sites and several internal identifiers. Of the 999 records with an email address, 971 use the @francetravail.fr domain, the rest belonging to Cap emploi bodies and partner structures. France Travail has not confirmed the claim so far, and the technical origin of the data is unknown.
This information would let a malicious third party target these professionals with credible phishing emails or calls impersonating their organisation.
