France Pare-Brise
CriticalReportedTransport and travel
A forum user claims to be distributing, free of charge, a 2.06 GB archive of 38,382 files attributed to France Pare-Brise, a French specialist in automotive glass repair and replacement. The user attributes the attack to a group called LunarisSec. The fields shown reportedly include names, postal addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, dates and places of birth, driving licence information, registration plates and VINs, as well as claim, insurance (insurer, policy number) and invoicing data. Contact details of repairers (company ID, IBAN, BIC) and names of vehicle experts would also be affected. The poster mentions scanned identity cards and driving licences, without giving a count.
Combining identity, contact details, vehicle and insurance claim information would let a third party carry out identity fraud or highly targeted phishing based on a genuine claim.

What you can do
- Expect phishing attempts quoting your name and this company. A message that knows your details is not legitimate for that reason.
- Watch your statements. On any unknown debit, block the card and request a refund — French law (art. L133-18) entitles you to it.
- These documents enable identity theft, and cannot be reissued at will. Keep the notification letter: it proves where the leak came from if an account is opened in your name.
- You can ask the organisation exactly what was exposed about you (right of access), and complain to the DPA if no answer comes within a month.
