SKIF Belgium (Shotokan Karate-do International Federation Belgium)
HighReportedNonprofits
A threat actor named ChimeraZ claimed on 9 October 2026 to have stolen a database tied to the website of the Belgian karate federation SKIF Belgium, and is offering it for sale on a cybercriminal forum. The actor states it holds 9,366 rows covering 8,840 people, split across four files: members, event registrations, external persons and administrative logs. The samples reviewed by FrenchBreaches contain names, dates of birth, postal addresses, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, club, grade, membership and renewal dates, registration amounts and statuses, and data about minors.
These identity and contact details, including those of minors, allow a malicious party to run targeted phishing campaigns that draw on club membership and event registrations.
