Callibri

HighReportedDigital services

On 10 October 2026, a threat actor claimed to hold a database of about 61,000 contact records attributed to Callibri, a French company providing telephone answering and appointment management services for professionals. According to the published sample, the records would include surnames, first names, titles, phone numbers, postal addresses, company names and contact identifiers, as well as dates of birth and e-mail addresses where filled in, along with appointment details and related notes. The 61,000 records do not necessarily correspond to as many distinct people.

The combination of contact details and appointment information could be used for targeted phishing or phone scams impersonating a professional or their answering service.

  • Full name

  • Date of birth
  • Email address
  • Employment data
  • Customer ID
  • Other personal data

You are only affected if you had an account or an order with this organisation.

What you can do

  • Expect phishing attempts quoting your name and this company. A message that knows your details is not legitimate for that reason.
