On 10 October 2026, a threat actor claimed to be releasing, free of charge, a dataset of 3,708,531 rows attributed to Infogreffe, the service that publishes legal information on French companies. The actor describes this as a full compromise of the platform. FrenchBreaches' analysis of a sample mainly shows authentication logs linked to the register of movable security interests, containing email addresses, identifiers, IP addresses and timestamps between 24 July and 10 October 2026. The sample holds about 1,000 distinct events, including 244 distinct email addresses.
Email addresses linked to login attempts and IP addresses could be used to target the people concerned with fraudulent messages.

What you can do
- Expect phishing attempts quoting your name and this company. A message that knows your details is not legitimate for that reason.
- You can ask the organisation exactly what was exposed about you (right of access), and complain to the DPA if no answer comes within a month.
