Solutions30

ModerateReportedOther

On 12 October 2026, an attacker offered for sale on a cybercrime forum a database they attribute to Solutions30, a French group providing technical interventions (telecoms, energy, IT equipment). The database is said to hold 10,376,950 records totalling 34 GB, including names, postal addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and subscription-related information. These figures come from the attacker's own listing and have not been independently verified, and a row count does not equal a number of people. The attacker claims to have exploited a flaw allowing access to records without authorisation. The origin and completeness of the files are not established, and Solutions30 has not confirmed the incident.

Names combined with addresses, phone numbers and emails could let a malicious third party run targeted phishing or fraudulent solicitation.

Exposed data

  • Full name
  • Postal address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Customer ID
  • Other personal data

You are only affected if you had an account or an order with this organisation.

What you can do

  • Expect phishing attempts quoting your name and this company. A message that knows your details is not legitimate for that reason.
  • You can ask the organisation exactly what was exposed about you (right of access), and complain to the DPA if no answer comes within a month.
