A threat actor claims to have obtained and put up for sale three files tied to the iad France real estate network: 8,592 advisor profiles, 8,592 records linking advisor names to avatars, and 112,780 property listings. The profiles reportedly include names, internal identifiers, covered areas, spoken languages, customer reviews, professional information and photo references. The listings reportedly detail the town, postcode, price, surface area and photos of each property. Samples reviewed by specialist outlets include recent listings; iad France has not confirmed the incident so far, and the presence of phone numbers or e-mail addresses is not established.
Advisors' names and professional details could be used for impersonation or fraudulent approaches aimed at their clients.
