SOLIHA

ModerateReportedNonprofits

On 20 October 2026, a threat actor claimed to have freely published on a cybercriminal forum a database of 3,154 rows attributed to the website of SOLIHA, a French non-profit network focused on housing improvement. The samples reviewed contain first and last names, email addresses, phone numbers, job titles, affiliated structures, user statuses (staff or guest), internal account identifiers, and account creation and last-login dates. The figure of 3,154 is a row count, not a number of distinct people. No passwords appear in the samples, and the postal address fields are empty. SOLIHA has not confirmed the incident at this stage.

These professional contact details and job titles allow a malicious third party to target the people concerned with credible phishing emails or calls impersonating the network.

Exposed data

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Employment data
  • Customer ID
  • Connection data (IP, logs)

You are only affected if you had an account or an order with this organisation.

What you can do

  • Expect phishing attempts quoting your name and this company. A message that knows your details is not legitimate for that reason.
  • You can ask the organisation exactly what was exposed about you (right of access), and complain to the DPA if no answer comes within a month.
