La Poste Mobile
CriticalReportedTelecoms
On 21 October 2026, the pro-Russian group NoName057(16) claimed on Telegram to have obtained data on La Poste Mobile customers, putting the figure at 25,000. The data said to be involved are names, postal addresses, email addresses, phone numbers and customer account information. Attached screenshots show customer-area pages, including a bank details section with a partially masked IBAN. The claim is unconfirmed: neither the method of access, the stated volume, nor a mass extraction has been established. It comes a few hours after denial-of-service attacks claimed the same day by this group against the operator.
Full contact details combined with an IBAN, if confirmed, could be used for targeted phishing or direct-debit fraud attempts.

What you can do
- Expect phishing attempts quoting your name and this company. A message that knows your details is not legitimate for that reason.
- Watch your statements. On any unknown debit, block the card and request a refund — French law (art. L133-18) entitles you to it.
- You can ask the organisation exactly what was exposed about you (right of access), and complain to the DPA if no answer comes within a month.
